GTA IV File Check Fix

Optional ASI Loader must be installed.
Patch to others .... verifying files hashes. Thanks to this patch, you can safely replace the cars in the game.

Description:
* In 1.0.3, 1.0.4, 1.0.0.4 removes MP file validation This plugin for ASI Loader ' (a) allows you to play
with modified game files, IE removes
