This MOD will give the player all the inhabitants of the State, if you enter one of the some cheat codes.
easy-give all people a melee weapon
wild-gives all people the firearm
mixx-giving people mixed weapons
hard-gives all people the machine guns
You can also create a near a pick-up, simply enter the code of the gun, and around the main character will pick up weapons.
