Charred bodies

This script adds a touch of realism to the world of GTA, namely the charred bodies pedov. The script is as follows: when a passer-by or another other PED will burn after he dies his body will become "Burnt" look (see screenshot).

Script version has "ramshackle" and there may be bugs.
