Improved camera angle V2

This is the second version of the script that extends the viewing angle of the camera.
The script is run automatically when you start the game.
Activation/de-activate Ctrl +1.
Fixed bugs, the script works in SAMP and single with no problems. If you take the sniper or the camera script will be activated, as this need for Zuma.
