Antistate

Adds Antisychotic for GTA San Andreas.

When the player comes to the team about what needs to change HP, the script checks how much HP was added or became paralyzed. If it is determined that HP is taken away because of hunger, then the script will simply ignore this action. In all other cases, the health will vary.

Activation/Deactivation: /asat - enable/disable.
