ANTI TLLT for GTA San Andreas.

Removes the collision of every pole, traffic lights and so on. Adapted for SAMP. If you find what is not hidden under the map or traffic light post, then you can safely pass through it, since the collision disabled.

Done because of complaints of some players on SAMP all boring posts.
