Enable radio outside the transport

Enable radio outside transport for GTA 5. With the help of this mod in the direct access movement, you can listen to the radio.

Management:
- the Page Up key: to turn on the radio
- Page Down: turn off the radio
- Q key: switch radio stations
- holding the Q key: enable Radio Rose
