Mod adds a new apartment Niko from GTA IV. The apartment is located in the LS (location indicated on the map screenshot).

Features:
- The apartment can be saved, we approach the bed and press F.
- You can sit on the chair suit and hit F to get press SHIFT.
- You can change clothes.
