Police captain Russia in his tunic for GTA San Andreas. My second work with skin. This time I decided to remake skin police Colonel of traffic police in uniform of the new sample for police captain in the old-style tunic. Replaces any peda.

There are small bugs in the skin:
- There is no cap on the double-headed eagle;
- Chevron units slightly wrong.
