Icenhancer 3.0 A.VISION (v1.2)

Hello world! We would like to share with you the graphic fashion Icenhancer 3.0 A.VISION (v1.2) for GTA 4.

Features:
- Improved lighting in all weathers and hours;
- Improved cloud coverage in drizzle and cloudy weather;
- Changed the color of the fog at night;
- More visible clouds at night for any weather;
- Redesigned daylight hours for very sunny, sunny and windy weather;
- The color of street lights is adjusted at night;
- The overall contrast of the image has been reduced.

This mod only works with a 1.0.4.0 patch!
