Simple ENB (0.79) V1.2

Changes in 1.2:
New Timecyc. Small changes in color enbeffect.fx. Bright day and night most of the weather. Improved Sun. Added a new fog. Set the brightness (mostly noon) and shades, added new showers and lightning. Corrected an exaggerated reflection, sky and water for a certain color the weather and time of day. Many other fine weather improvements.

Modification has been tested on the patch 1.0.4.0, on other versions of game stability cannot be guaranteed!
