The silencer on the weapon

Silencer for weapons for GTA 4. Adds the ability to put silencer on all weapons - from pistols to a shotgun.

To put on/take off the muffler hit "X". People hear the shots. Tested on patch 1.0.7.0. On the other was not tested. This mod requires Net Script Hook.
