How to turn on snow in GTA 5 Online

Each Christmas the developers create a unique holiday vibe in the game, partly by adding snow. You can see it from the 22nd of December to the 2nd of January, although the dates may vary each year. Sadly, winter in GTA 5 lasts too little, which is why you shouldn't miss it.

How to turn on snow

Some players encounter a problem where they can’t see snow in the game, even though the server has it.

In order to make it visible, do the following:

• Go to Settings > Advanced Graphics;
• Change the Extended Distance Scaling option value.

Relaunch the game. Now you should be able to see the snow and enjoy winter holidays in GTA 5 Online.
