How to get to the military base in GTA 5

Ever since the release of GTA 5 players were trying to find new places and interesting locations. One of those locations is definitely the Fort Zancudo military base. So, how to get into the military base in GTA 5?

The methods:

The easiest way is to get there by helicopter and jump off of it with a parachute.
The second method is to drive to the base and jump over a fence by placing a car next to it or finding a hill to jump off of.
A similar way is to get to the top of the Mount Josiah and drive down from there. Just use a hill next to the fence as a ramp and jump over the fence in your car. You must have enough speed in order to pull this off.
