Xtreme Car handling Mod v0.2

Mod Xtreme Car handling Mod v0.2 improves the performance of all cars. Cars become faster, stronger and better managed.

The gas pedal becomes more responsive and you can now easily put the car into a skid (drift).

In version v0.1:
- All cars have a high torque engine and react better on gas. Maximum speed remains the same for all cars.

In version v0.2:
- For car Bullet slightly reduced acceleration, slightly increased the angle. The weight of the vehicle corresponds to its real prototype, the Ford GT.
