Improved police v.2.0

Improved police v.2.0 for GTA 5 - this is an extensive modification, almost completely changing the behavior of the police in the game. Was changed the composition of the reinforcements, tweaked the system wanted stars, it also adds new model of police and technology. Added more women police (if the ratio of men to women among the police was 1/10, now it is about 4/6. These are just some of the many changes made by the mod.
