Buzzard is a very compact military/law-enforcement helicopter, for whose production a non-existant in real world, made-up in-game Japanese company Nagasaki, which parodies a really existing Japanse company Kawasaki, is responsible.
Nagasaki Buzzard represents a very light, with an open structure, helicopter. The size of this miniature helicopter is indeed quiet scramble, which is, no-doubt, an advantage, as it's smaller silhouette is less likely to catch bullets and missiles. Buzzard made it's debute in DLC for Grand Theft Auto IV - The Ballad of Gay Tony, where from it came to the fifth part, without suffering any changes to it's design. Nagasaki Buzzard has only one kind of a paint job - full black one.
Except for a standard variant of the helicopter, the militarized one is very widespread. Buzzard Attack Chopper is equipped with machine guns and lock-on rockets. Furthermore, if the second seat in Buzzard is occupied by your friend, he can control your rockets manually, turning Buzzard into an even more deadly beast.
Nagasaki Buzzard is the lightest helicopter in GTA 5 with it's weight of 3800 kilograms, it's speed demonstrates nothing outstanding, but it's acceleration is superb, and it is the most manoeuvrable helicopter in the game. Combine the latter with an armed variant of the helicopter and you get a very dangerous foe, as it can dodge missiles launched at it, though it is still very vulnerable to regular gunfire due to Buzzard's low toughness.
The combat variant of Nagasaki Buzzard is modelled after a real helicopter Boeing AH-6 Little Bird, and a civilian one after Hughes OH-6 Cayuse.
