Nemesis is a dual-sport (dual purpose) (i.e. it is designed for travelling across both roads and off-roads), engineered and manufactured a non-existing in the real world in-game Italian motorcycle-manufacturing company Principe, based by Rockstar on other real Italian motorcycle companies, such as Ducati and Piaggito.
The Motorbike Principe Nemesis figured in the fifth part of the Grand Theft Auto series from the very beginning, since it's release, it is available in both singleplayer and multiplayer. Principe Nemesis has an elegantly curved seat, providing comfort for the driver and a sticked to a driver's spine passenger. In the game the bike lacks any kind of modifications/tuning, affecting the visuals of Principe Nemesis. The default painting of the motorcycle is either completely white or completely red.
Principe Nemesis can't sit on the two chairs at the same time, it can't brag with manoeuvrability, handling speed of an actual sport bike, just like it can't do the same with an excellent performance off-road on pair with dirtbikes like Sanchez. However, the motorbike Nemsis is better than average by all characteristics, making it an universal choice for every day, though it will be behind in the areas, in which specialzied motorbikes are... specialized in. You can buy it for $12000 on the www.southernsanandreassuperautos.com.
Prototypes of the motorbike is Ducati Monster, Ducati Hypermotard.
