Correction of water ripples

Mod to fix water ripples for GTA The Trilogy: GTA San Andreas The Definitive Edition. This modification corrects the effect of ripples when falling into the water. Also mod works in GTA 3 DE and GTA VC DE.

The original effect in the game was not entirely correct. Now it will be fixed.
