Removal of torn tires on the track

Excellent mod - Removal of torn tires on the track for GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition. This mod fixes irritating and torn tires on the roads. Removes tires completely from the road. In the last screenshot you can see how the tires were scattered before the installation of the mod. During testing, no errors or bugs were detected.
