Sandstorm correction

Quality mod - Fix a sandstorm for GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition. A modification that improves the quality of the sandstorm in the game. Now it looks much more realistic. During testing, no errors and bugs were detected. As it was before the installation of this modification, you can see on the last screenshot. Enjoy the game.
