Clever Trams

The script improves the movement of trams in the game, making it more realistic and safe:
-Tram stops, if there is an obstacle in front of him (pedestrian, vehicle).

-Tram stops at stops marked with a special sign. Sometimes the tram stops will be stopping by passengers (or leave it).
The trams are the drivers.
