Improvement of tram traffic

Good script - Improving tram traffic for GTA San Andreas. The script improves the movement of trams in the game, making it more realistic and safer:

Features:
- The tram stops if there is an obstacle in front of it (pedestrian, vehicle);
- The tram stops at a prohibitory signal of a traffic light in the same direction
(including at the exit from the intersection, which is a minus);
- The tram stops at stops marked with a special sign;
-Sometimes passengers will get on (or off the tram) at stops;
- Trams have drivers;
-On the map, the tram will be marked with a blue marker.
