You can take the box with a tank in the town of Los Santos near the House.

ENTER CAR-put/cancel

If put next to the machine or near it, the box will be in the front seat of the car.

Remove the tank from the box on Grove Street, Then you will fight Himself.
Tank Armed with missiles, but is able to turn such a charge the enemy tank.
There is no goal, but there is a shared account, ad infinitum.
You can also go without fighting, just remove the tank, somewhere outside of Grove Street.
