New textures Interior of the City Hall v2.0

New Interior textures of the City Hall v2.0 for GTA San Andreas.

This mod replaces the familiar texture of the interior of the city Hall for the better.

Updates:
- Redrawn in HD some texture;
- Improved models and textures of furniture;
- Replaced the model of indoor plants;
- Replaced PC models at present.
