Reality Peds Settings 1.0

This mod makes the behavior of the bystanders to reality. Now kill PEDA in melee is not so simple. You could kill a person with 2-3 hits. Now it won't happen. For example, even a girl or an old man can kill only with at least 10 strokes by hand or with a 5 foot. Also many Pedy learned not to attack and run away smarter after one kick (but some girls and boys still scared)
