Classic Tommy model with HD textures

Excellent mod - Classic Tommy model with HD-textures for GTA Vice City Definitive Edition. In this fashion, the classic Tommy model was returned (only the game model in a shirt), adding an HD skin and PBR textures so that the model looked correct, modern in the game, and did not break out of the overall picture. During testing, no errors and bugs were detected.
