PedFuncsVC

Useful plugin - PedFuncsVC is now available for GTA Vice City. Like the script in San Andreas, just add _remap to each texture you add to the TXD of your peds. This file comes with a modification of Policeman in sunglasses. No errors or bugs were found during testing.
