Scenario Groups 1.9

Scenario Groups 1.9 is a scripting mod that adds GTA 5 third-party characters (bystanders, security guards, etc.) that are programmed to behave in a specific scenario. Basically, it's the police. After installing the script you will be able to see them in stores munitions impounded Franklin, in police stations, financial institutions, etc..
