Improved Nitro 1.4 System

Great mod - Improved nitro system for GTA San Andreas. This mod improves the use of nitro in the game - nitro will only be used if you hold down a key instead of just pressing it once as before. It is also possible to do nitro cleaning by holding down the key when the machine is stationary. The mod is compatible with gamepads, there are additional settings in the ini file.
