Vladion Prorock Ragdoll Configuration

Good mod - Ragdoll configuration from Vladion Prorock for GTA San Andreas. This mod was made on the basis of the mod from Ryosuke and you can look at a lot of improvements.

Corrections:
-Now the peds will not shake like rags;
-Now Ragdoll realistic;
-Now the player does not wake up to fall under the card;
-Now Ragdoll does not depend on ped.ifp (works with any animations).
