You can often see players with RPGs and miniguns running around Los Santos, so it can get a little too crazy sometimes. It’s hard to talk your way out of a shootout with these kind of guys. However, you can always enter Passive Mode in multiplayer so that you can’t get hit or shot.
Just open the Interaction Menu and scroll down. Find the «Enable Passive Mode» option and select it. This will make your character go through other players’ cars without any collision or damage. You can’t hurt anyone as well while in Passive Mode, but if you decide to kill someone, you can turn it off. Remember that NPCs will still be able to attack you or run you over.
If it’s only one player that causes trouble, you can just put him down instead of entering Passive Mode. After all, GTA Online won’t be as fun without the good old violence and craziness.
