Snapmatic photographers from all over southern San Andreas got together and decided to figure out who can most artfully portray the fresh cars from GTA Online: Lowriders and who of them will be able to create the most terrible and frightening photo of the new content available within Halloween Surprise. The developers searched the Social Club in order to find an arts that deserve to be among the winners of contests #lowriders #halloween and become the owners of one million game dollars.
